Level Up Employment Services provides employment services for individuals with disabilities through job skills training and job placement services. Our goal is to help customers obtain a career that is competitive, fulfilling and matched to their strengths. At Level Up Employment, we recognize that everyone has specific financial needs and unique preferences. Our team works hard to build the job skills confidence in our customers that will assist them to gain employment then ultimately reach their full earning potential.

 

Level Up Employment contracts as a vendor with the Texas Workforce Commission and works with Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors to design job placement plans for our mutual customers. Services include:

•         Resume and cover letter building

•         Job lead submissions

•         Job Search Assistance

•         Application submissions 

•         Interview coaching 

•         Salary negotiation assistance

•         Employee networking 

•         On site job coaching

•         Employment monitoring for 90 days
